⏰ Prep Time : 10 mins, 🍲 Frying Time : 7 to 10 mins, 🍴 Servings : 5-7 small ghewar
🌾 Ingredients for Assorted Fruits Ghewar :
- ½ cup Peanut butter
- ½ + ½ cup cold Water
- ½ cup cold Milk
- 5-6 Ice cubes
- ½ cup All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp chickpeas flour (besan)
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- Canola Oil for frying
🌾 Ingredients for Sugar syrup :
- ½ cup Water
- ½ cup Sugar
- Few Saffron strands
- Cardamom Powder
🌾 Garnishing :
- Coffee Frosting or cream
- White chocolate
- Fresh Fruits, any
♨️ Preparing Assorted Fruits Ghewar :
- Take a mixing jar and blend peanut butter and ½ cup cold water and until nicely creamed
- Then add milk, blend, put ice cubes and blend again
- Add all-purpose flour slowly and gradually, followed by chickpeas flour, lemon juice and blend until you get a batter which is in running consistency
- Now pour the oil in a pan and heat it
- Once the oil is hot enough pour the batter by keeping your hand a little higher from the pan to get that net like texture for our ghewar, remember the higher the batter is dropped the better
- Drop 7-8 spoons of batter slowly and let it become crisp
- Once cooked remove ghewar from oil and prepare remaining batter likewise
- Make sugar syrup, by adding together water, sugar, cardamom power and boil for 5 mins to get a thin string thread
🍽 Assembling of Assorted Fruits Ghewar :
- Take a serving plate, place ghewar and pour little sugar syrup
- Spread coffee frosting or cream generously
- Add freshly cut berries, or any of your choice
- Drizzle some white chocolate and voila enjoy the delight
