🌾 Ingredients for Beet Focaccia :
- 1 tsp. dry instant Yeast
- 2 tsp. Sugar
- ¼ cup lukewarm Water
- 2 tbsp Beetroot water
- 2 cups of Wheat Flour
- 2 tbsp Maize flour (optional)
- ¼ cup Canola Oil or any vegetable oil
- Spices (Salt, Fennel seeds powder, Coriander powder, Caraway seeds, Black Pepper powder)
- Herbs (Oregano)
- ¼ cup Bell Peppers
🥖 Preparing Beet Focaccia :
- Mix all the ingredients to knead well for 5 mins except for beet water and bell peppers.
- Divide dough into 2, keep one as plain. Add beet water to other for colourful touch.
- Make small balls out of the dough, arrange in a greased loaf pan as you like 😊.
- Place some bell peppers on top.
- Cover dough, let it proof at warm place for 2 hours or until its doubled in size.
- Pre-heat Air Fryer @ 160° C for 5 mins.
- Place the loaf pan to bake it @ 140° C for 30 mins or until cooked.
- Remove from air fryer and allow it cool.
🍽 Assembling Beet Focaccia :
- Demould it once cooled completely.
- Sprinkle nuts if needed and a healthy, soft focaccia is ready to enjoy with loved ones 🥰.
