Besan Laddoo Truffles

Food Lovers we all have been passionate of eating laddoos 😋 since childhood for one or no reason. Why don’t we give the traditional looking laddoos a modern 🤠 look, flavor and taste. How 🤔? quite simple make with me the never attempted finger-licking, mouth-watering 😍 “Besan Laddoos Truffles”. Oh yeah ! laddoos with a twist 🤗

⏰ Prep Time : 10 mins, 🍲 Cook Time : 10-15 mins, 🍴 Servings : 8-12 laddoos

🌾 Ingredients for Besan Laddoo Truffles :

  1. ½ cup Gram or Chickpeas or Garbanzo flour
  2. ¼ cup castor Sugar
  3. Few tbsp Condensed Milk
  4. 1 tbsp Sunflower seeds Butter
  5. 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
  6. 2 tbsp Milk Powder
  7. Chocolate Bar (for coating)
  8. White Chocolate for drizzle

 

♨️ Preparing Besan Laddoo Truffles :

  1. Roast dry flour for 10 mins on a low flame
  2. Now add butter, cinnamon and milk powder, mix well and roast for another 5 mins. Your kitchen should smell like divine
  3. Remove from flame and let it cool for 5 mins
  4. Add sugar and condensed milk, mix until well combined. Remember the flour shouldn’t be hot else the ingredients might melt
  5. Now try making laddoos by giving them a small ball shape
  6. Refrigerate until they are solid
  7. Melt chocolate in microwave for few secs
  8. With the help of forks gently drop the laddoos into melted chocolate. Ensure the laddoos coats well in the chocolate
  9. Remove the laddoos from fork on a parchment paper and freeze until solid
  10. Drizzle white chocolate and let it chill

🍽 Assembling / Presenting Besan Laddoo Truffles :

  1. Take a serving dish
  2. Place laddoos and relish with family 🤗
