  2. 3/4 Cup Caster Sugar
  3. 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  4. 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda

  6. 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon Powder

Wet Ingredients :

  1. 1/2 Cup Milk
  2. 1/4 Cup Hung-Curd
  3. 1/4 Cup grated & boiled Beetroot
  4. 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Essence
  5. 1/4 Cup Canola Oil

For Garnishing :

  1. Low-fat whipped cream
  2. Coarse Walnuts

How to prepare Beetroot Cake :

  1. Whisk Wet Ingredients
  2. Sift Dry ingredients to remove impurities and gently fold into Wet elements
  3. Consistency will neither be thin nor thick
  4. If runny add Flour or add Milk if thick to adjust the consistency
  5. Grease a Baking Bowl & Pour in the batter
  6. Here are quick 2 Baking Options, choose the one based on your time-availability :
    1. Pre-heat Oven @ 180 degrees & bake for 20-25 mins OR
    2. Microwave @ High for 5-6 mins
  7. Bake Until Cake leaves edges or skewer comes out clean
  8. Allow it to cool
