Prep Time : 10 mins, Air fry Time : 15 + 15 mins, Servings : 20 biscotti
Ingredients for Buckwheat Biscotti :
- Buckwheat : ½ cup
- Coconut Milk powder : ¼ cup
- Baking Powder : ½ tsp
- Baking Soda : ¼ tsp
- Pure Ghee / Oil : 1 tbsp + ½ tsp for greasing each
- Cardamom Powder : ½ tsp
- Demerara Sugar : ½ cup
- Milk (any / dairy-free) : ¼ cup or enough to combine
- Nuts : Of any choice
Preparing Buckwheat Biscotti :
- Sift buckwheat flour, baking soda & powder
- Now add milk powder, cardamom powder, pure ghee, sugar, milk and mix well to make a batter
- Grease a baking tin and pour the batter in it
- Preheat air fryer @ 180° C for 5 mins
- Place the baking tin and Air fry @ 140° C for 15 mins or until skewer comes out clean
- Remove baking tray from air fryer and let it cool for 5 mins
- Now cut the loaf length-wise to give a biscotti shape and place on baking tray
- Place the baking tray and Air fry @ 140° C for 15 mins or until they are slight crunchy
- Remove from air fryer and allow it cool at room temperature
Assembling Buckwheat Biscotti :
- Take a serving plate
- Place the biscotti and enjoy a crunchier breakfast with your loved ones
- You can drizzle some chocolate syrup or nuts
