Hey Healthy Food Lovers! Are you Fasting 🙏 & craving for Chocolaty, Nutty yet Butter-free breakfast. Try Buckwheat Cinnamon Rolls with a cup of coffee / tea ☕️ during Navratri.
⏰ Prep Time : 10 mins, 🍲 Air fry Time : 15 mins, 🍴 Servings : 10 Cinnamon Rolls
🌾 Ingredients for Buckwheat Cinnamon Rolls :
- Buckwheat flour : ½ cup
- Potato starch : ¼ cup
- Coconut Milk powder : ¼ cup
- Baking Powder : ½ tsp
- Baking Soda : ¼ tsp
- Pure Ghee / Oil : 1 tbsp + ½ tsp for greasing each
- Cinnamon Powder : ½ tsp
- Sugar : ½ cup + 2 tbsp
- Water / Milk : ¼ cup (any / dairy-free milk)
- Nuts : Any of choice
- White Chocolate : ¼ cup
♨️ Preparing Buckwheat Cinnamon Rolls :
- Sift buckwheat flour, baking soda & powder
- Now add potato starch, milk powder, cardamom powder, pure ghee, sugar, milk & knead gently
- Flatten the dough with a rolling pin & sprinkle cinnamon powder, sugar & nuts
- Roll it gently & cut the rolls length-wise, you can give it a flower shape; like I did
- Grease a baking tray and place the rolls on it leaving some gap in between; to avoid sticking to each other
- Preheat air fryer @ 180° C for 5 mins
- Place the baking tray in the air fryer & bake @ 140° C for 7 mins, flip the rolls upside down gently & bake another 7 mins or until skewer comes out clean
- Remove baking tray from air fryer and let it cool for 5 mins
🍽 Assembling Buckwheat Cinnamon Rolls :
- Take a serving plate
- Place the Cinnamon Rolls
- Drizzle melted white chocolate & sprinkle nuts to enjoy a lip-smacking breakfast during Navratri
