Come and enjoy simple yet delicious healthy Buckwheat Pasta relished by all. Let’s feast !!!
Preparation – 30 mins, Serves – 2 (depending upon the size/shape you choose)
Ingredients :
- 1/cup boiled Buckwheat Pasta
- 100 gms Cottage cheese (Paneer)
- 2 medium sized boiled Potatoes
- Spices (Sea Salt / Sendha Namak, Coriander Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Fennel Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Caraway Seeds) or any of your choice
- 1 tsp Canola Oil
- Small piece of grated Ginger
- 1 medium sized grated Tomato
Garnishing :
- Black Sesame seeds
- Hung-curd
How to Prepare Buckwheat Pasta :
- Preheat Air Fryer @ 200 C for 5 mins
- Dice cottage cheese and potatoes
- Place cottage cheese into air fryer to roast @ 200 C for 7 to 10 mins or unless you find a brown crust
- Remove from air fryer and add potatoes and roast at the same temperature
- Allow them to cool
- Take a non-stick pan and add oil and spices to it
- Sauté for 2 mins and add ginger and tomato with a splash of water to allow the spices combine well
- Add roasted cheese and potatoes and stir well and let it sit at medium flame for 5 mins
- Now add pasta and mix well, let the spices get well incorporated for another 5 mins
- Remove from stove
How to Serve Buckwheat Pasta :
- Take a serving plate / bowl
- Assemble cooked Pasta and serve it with a dollop of hung-curd and sesame seeds and enjoy the feasty fast 🙂
