Buckwheat Pasta

Pasta Lovers, Fasting shouldn’t bar you from Feasting !!!

Come and enjoy simple yet delicious healthy Buckwheat Pasta relished by all. Let’s feast !!!

Preparation – 30 mins, Serves – 2 (depending upon the size/shape you choose)

Ingredients :

  1. 1/cup boiled Buckwheat Pasta
  2. 100 gms Cottage cheese (Paneer)
  3. 2 medium sized boiled Potatoes
  4. Spices (Sea Salt / Sendha Namak, Coriander Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Fennel Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Caraway Seeds) or any of your choice
  5. 1 tsp Canola Oil
  6. Small piece of grated Ginger
  7. 1 medium sized grated Tomato

    Garnishing :

  1. Black Sesame seeds
  2. Hung-curd

How to Prepare Buckwheat Pasta :

  1. Preheat Air Fryer @ 200 C for 5 mins
  2. Dice cottage cheese and potatoes
  3. Place cottage cheese into air fryer to roast @ 200 C  for 7 to 10 mins or unless you find a brown crust
  4. Remove from air fryer and add potatoes and roast at the same temperature
  5. Allow them to cool
  6. Take a non-stick pan and add oil and spices to it
  7. Sauté for 2 mins and add ginger and tomato with a splash of water to allow the spices combine well
  8. Add roasted cheese and potatoes and stir well and let it sit at medium flame for 5 mins
  9. Now add pasta and mix well, let the spices get well incorporated for another 5 mins
  10. Remove from stove

How to Serve Buckwheat Pasta :

  1. Take a serving plate / bowl
  2. Assemble cooked Pasta and serve it with a dollop of hung-curd and sesame seeds and enjoy the feasty fast 🙂
