Prep / Cooking-4 hrs (incl. proofing), Serves-2
Ingredients for Dough:
- 1 cup #Buckwheat flour
- 1/2 tsp Instant Dry yeast
- 1 tsp #Sugar
- #Spices (1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp Ginger Powder, Fennel seeds Powder, Coriander Powder)
- 1/4 cup Canola or any vegetable oil
Ingredients for Spread:
- Coriander leaves
- Mint leaves
- Curry leaves
- Coconut
- Hung-Curd
- #Spices (1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp Ginger Powder, Fennel seeds Powder, Coriander Powder)
Layering : with Toasted Cottage Cheese and sesame seeds
How to prepare dough and Pizza :
- Mix #yeast, water & sugar & leave it 10 mins to activate
- Mix dry items & knead it with yeast mix & oil
- Oil #dough & rest it for 3 hrs.
- Make 4 small or 2 large balls from dough & roll, don’t worry it may have cracks at edges, try securing
- Pre-heat Air-fryer @ 180 & bake it for 7 mins/until cooked
- For Spread-grind all items & gently fold in hung-curd
- Apply on #Pizza base & arrange cottage cheese. Microwave it for 1 min. Serve hot!
