SOFT yet CRUNCHY Polenta with a twist. Let’s celebrate Fasting the Italian Way !
Prep / Cooking time-30 mins, Serves-2
Ingredients :
- 1 cup Buckwheat Polenta
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Milk or thick Yogurt
- Less than 1/4 cup Canola Oil
- Condiments use as per taste (Asafoetida, Sea Salt, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Cumin Powder, Caraway, Fennel Seeds Powder, Cloves)
How to prepare Polenta :
- Whisk Water, Milk or curd &Canola Oil until well incorporated
- Add Buckwheat Polenta and condiments (you may avoid if you don’t like any)
- Grease a baking dish of any design
- Pour the batter into it
- Microwave @ high for 6-7 mins or until skewer comes out clean
- Cool it and cut in desired shapes
- Serve at room temperature with Yogurt as desired
