⏰ Prep Time : 10 mins, 🍲 Air fry Time : 30 mins, 🍴 Servings : 2-3

🌾 Ingredients for Burnt Cheesecake :

  • Ricotta Cheese (dairy-free)          :               1 cup
  • Coconut flour                                     :               2 tbsp
  • Demerara Sugar                                :               ½ cup
  • Cardamom powder                         :               1 tsp
  • Vanilla powder                                 :               1 tsp
  • Baking Powder                                  :               ¼ tsp
  • Nuts (optional)                                  :               1 tbsp
  • Pure Ghee / Butter                          :               1 tbsp
  • Canola oil                                             :               For greasing

♨️ Preparing Burnt Cheesecake :

  1. In a bowl combine all the ingredients
  2. Grease 2 ramekins mould and divide the mixture into it
  3. Preheat air fryer @ 180° C for 5 mins & place the bowls in it
  4. Air fry @ 150° C for 30 mins or until skewer or tooth-pick comes out clean. Remove bowls from air fryer and let it cool on a wired rack

🍽 Assembling Burnt Cheesecake :

  1. To demould run a knife through the edges of the bowl
  2. Take a serving dish and demould it
  3. Garnish with nuts
  4. Serve either warm or room temperature, either ways its rusty crust yet gooey texture is irresistible
