Preparation – 5 mins, Refrigerate – 1 hour & extra 15 mins, Makes – 2

Ingredients :

  1. 50 gms Chocolate (of your choice)
  2. Chocolate Mousse https://chefshweta.com/bean-curd-mousse/
  3. 2 Rasgulla or few Marshmallows

How to Prepare Choco Shots :

  1. Melt chocolate in a Microwave for 30 to 40 seconds
  2. Take 2 silicon molds (of any size / shape)
  3. Pour the melted chocolate in molds & coat the sides. You can do so by allowing the chocolate to run in the mold or spread evenly using a spoon
  4. Ensure the base has a thick layer of chocolate to allow it hold the mousse once poured
  5. Pour-out the extra chocolate back into the bowl
  6. Let it rest in fridge for 1 hour

How to Serve Rasgulla or Marshmallows Choco Shots :

  1. Take out the silicon molds from the fridge and gently demold it
  2. With the help of a piping bag or spoon, add chocolate mousse https://chefshweta.com/bean-curd-mousse/
  3. Now top it up with 1 Rasgulla each or few Marshmallows
  4. Refrigerate for another 15 mins
  5. Serve it & let the flavors burst in your mouth 🙂
