Preparation – 5 mins, Refrigerate – 1 hour & extra 15 mins, Makes – 2
Ingredients :
- 50 gms Chocolate (of your choice)
- Chocolate Mousse https://chefshweta.com/bean-curd-mousse/
- 2 Rasgulla or few Marshmallows
How to Prepare Choco Shots :
- Melt chocolate in a Microwave for 30 to 40 seconds
- Take 2 silicon molds (of any size / shape)
- Pour the melted chocolate in molds & coat the sides. You can do so by allowing the chocolate to run in the mold or spread evenly using a spoon
- Ensure the base has a thick layer of chocolate to allow it hold the mousse once poured
- Pour-out the extra chocolate back into the bowl
- Let it rest in fridge for 1 hour
How to Serve Rasgulla or Marshmallows Choco Shots :
- Take out the silicon molds from the fridge and gently demold it
- With the help of a piping bag or spoon, add chocolate mousse https://chefshweta.com/bean-curd-mousse/
- Now top it up with 1 Rasgulla each or few Marshmallows
- Refrigerate for another 15 mins
- Serve it & let the flavors burst in your mouth 🙂
