🛒 Ingredients:
- 2 Bananas / केले
- ½ tsp Butter / मक्खन
- ¼ tsp Cinnamon Powder / दालचीनी चूरा
- 1 tsp Jaggery Powder / गुड़ पाउडर
- 1 tsp Salted Nuts / नमकीन मेवे
- 2 scoops Ice-cream / आइसक्रीम स्कूप्स
- 1 tsp Cereals / सीरियल्स
- 1 tsp Blueberries/ ब्लूबेरी
♨️ Preparation steps:
- Cut the bananas into half lengthwise.
- Brush with butter, sprinkle cinnamon and jaggery powder, add nuts & chocolate chips.
- Wrap in foil.
- Preheat air fryer to 200°C for 5 mins.
- Then, bake croissants at 180°C for 5 mins.
🍽 Assembling:
- Unwrap the foil, place a dollop of ice cream.
- Garnish with cereals and berries, enjoy warm and gooey.
