🛒 Ingredients:

  1. 2 Bananas / केले
  2. ½ tsp Butter / मक्खन
  3. ¼ tsp Cinnamon Powder / दालचीनी चूरा
  4. 1 tsp Jaggery Powder / गुड़ पाउडर
  5. 1 tsp Salted Nuts / नमकीन मेवे
  6. 2 scoops Ice-cream / आइसक्रीम स्कूप्स
  7. 1 tsp Cereals / सीरियल्स
  8. 1 tsp Blueberries/ ब्लूबेरी

♨️ Preparation steps:

  1. Cut the bananas into half lengthwise.
  2. Brush with butter, sprinkle cinnamon and jaggery powder, add nuts & chocolate chips.
  3. Wrap in foil.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 200°C for 5 mins.
  5. Then, bake croissants at 180°C for 5 mins.

🍽 Assembling:

  1. Unwrap the foil, place a dollop of ice cream.
  2. Garnish with cereals and berries, enjoy warm and gooey.
