Bored with old-fashioned cakes & muffins 😒. Try ‘Ch🅾️colate self-saucing 🅱️rownie’ silky molten fudgy texture with a pool of warm 🍫chocolate sauce which is eggless, butter-less & lactose-free.

🌾 Ingredients for Chocolate Self-saucing Brownie :
Dry ingredients :
- Semolina (grind into powder) : ½ cup
- Demerara Sugar (any) : ½ cup + ¼ cup
- Cinnamon Powder : 1 tsp
- Cacao Powder : ¼ cup
- Baking Powder : ½ tsp
- Baking Soda : ¼ tsp
Wet ingredients :
- Water : ½ cup
- Vanilla Essence : 1 tsp
- Canola Oil : 2 tbsp + 1 tsp for greasing
Sauce :
- Sugar : ¼ cup
- Cacao Powder : ¼ cup
- Boiling Water : ¼ cup
♨️ Preparing Chocolate Self-saucing Brownie :
- In 2 separate bowls mix wet and dry ingredients nicely
- Gradually incorporate wet into dry to make a thick yet flowy batter, do not overmix
- Grease a casserole or any cake tin & pour the batter
- Mix cacao powder & sugar, & sprinkle generously over the batter
- Now take boiling water & pour on batter very gently
- Preheat air fryer @ 150° C for 5 mins & place the tin in it
- Air fry @ 140° C for 30 mins or until cooked, you may observe liquid at the bottom & this is exactly what we are looking for – a hot bubbly sauce
- Remove tin from air fryer, cool on a wired rack
🍽 Assembling Chocolate Self-saucing Brownie :
- Simply scoop the brownie
- Serve with warm sauce, you can top it with an ice-cream, either ways it tastes divine 🤗
