๐พ๐๐ค๐๐ค๐ก๐๐ฉ๐ ๐พ๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐ฎ๐๐ง :
- Wheat Flour : ยผ cup
- Semolina : ยผ cup
- Jaggery : ยฝ cup
- Vanilla Essence : 1 tsp
- Cinnamon powder : 1 tsp
- Coffee : 1 tsp
- Cacao Powder : 1 tsp
- Baking Powder : ยฝ tsp
- Baking Soda : ยผ tsp
- Almond Milk (or any) : ยฝ cup
- Canola Oil : 2 tbsp + 1 tsp for greasing
๐พ๐ช๐จ๐ฉ๐๐ง๐ ๐พ๐ง๐๐๐ข :
- Custard Powder : 1 tbsp
- Coconut Milk Powder (or any dairy-free) : 4 tbsp
- Almond Milk (or any) : 1 cup
- Cream (lite) : 200 ml
- Melted Jaggery in water (less brown in colour) : 2 tbsp + ยผ cup
- Vanilla Essence : 1 tsp
๐๐๐ง๐ฃ๐๐จ๐๐๐ฃ๐ :
- White Chocolate : ยผ cup to drizzle
- Berries : 2 tbsp
- Jaggery Rewari : ยผ cup (sweet rock candy)
โจ๏ธ ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐๐๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฑ & ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ถ ๐๐ฎ๐ธ๐ฒ :
๐พ๐๐ค๐๐ค๐ก๐๐ฉ๐ ๐พ๐๐ ๐ :
- Grind semolina in a fine flour
- Add this to a bowl along with above cake ingredients and mix well to form a thick batter
- Grease loaf tin and pour the batter
- Preheat air fryer @ 170ยฐ C for 5 mins & place the tin in it
- Air fry @ 140ยฐ C for 30 mins or until toothpick comes out clean
- Remove tin from air fryer and let it cool on a wired rack
๐พ๐ช๐จ๐ฉ๐๐ง๐ ๐พ๐ง๐๐๐ข :
- In a saucepan, whisk custard powder, milk powder & milk & place on stove
- Bring to a boil, cook for another 2 mins and remove from stove to let it cool completely
- Now refrigerate for 2 hours
- Once cooled, whisk cream & melted jaggery for 5 mins on high speed
- Then add cooled custard, whisk for another 5 mins and mix half of crushed Rewari
Yummy Custard cream loaded with Rewari is ready.
๐ฝ ๐๐๐๐ฒ๐บ๐ฏ๐น๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐๐๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฑ & ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ถ ๐๐ฎ๐ธ๐ฒ :
- Divide the chocolate cake in 3 equal parts
- In a plate place 1st layer of cake and spread custard cream layer
- Now place 2nd layer of cake and spread some cream
- Finally place the 3rd layer, even layer of cream, top if berries, decorate as much as like
- Pour some white melted chocolate and crushed Rewari
- Refrigerate for an 1 hour so the cake layers are nicely set
- Before serving let it come at room temperature, slice it and enjoy with loved ones, my suggestion accompany a cup of coffee to enjoy the rich flavours
