🥧Dates Buckwheat Tarts🧁

Hey Healthy Food Lovers, with Navratra’s 🙏 approaching here’s a reason for feasting while fasting with 🥜 ‘Dates Buckwheat Tarts’🥧. It’s silky, crunchy, decadent taste 😍 is worth a bite 😋.

⏰ Prep Time : 10 mins, 🍲 Air fry Time : 20 mins, 🍴 Makes : 6 tarts

🌾 Ingredients for Dates Buckwheat Tarts :

Tarts :

  • ½ cup Buckwheat flour (kuttu ka atta)
  • ¼ cup chopped Dates
  • 2 tbsp roughly each chopped Nuts (I have used Almonds, Cashews, Pistachios, Peanuts)
  • 1 tbsp Pure Ghee
  • 1 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 1 tsp Canola Oil for brushing tart moulds

Filling :

  • Melted Brown Chocolate
  • Caramel Sauce

 Garnishing :

  • Melted White Chocolate
  • Sprinkles (any choice)

♨️ Preparing Dates Buckwheat Tarts :

  1. Combine the above ingredients well and you will finding it to form a ball
  2. Now grease tart moulds and thinly spread 1-2 tbsp of above mixture
  3. Preheat air fryer @ 150° C for 5 mins & place the tart moulds in it
  4. Air fry @ 140° C for 15-20 mins
  5. Once cooked remove it on wired rack and let it cool

🍽 Assembling Dates Buckwheat Tarts :

  1. Demould tarts, fill it half with caramel sauce and freeze for 10 mins
  2. Now pour fill the tarts with melted brown chocolate
  3. Use creativity & drizzle white chocolate
  4. Sprinkle nuts or chocolate shavings, refrigerate for an hour before digging in
  5. I know its tough to resist but trust me its worth the wait 😋
