🍓Figs & Berries🫐- Flaugnarde

🌾 Ingredients for Figs & Berries – Flaugnarde :

Dry ingredients :
½ cup fine Semolina
2 tbsp dairy-free Milk powder
1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
½ cup Demerara Sugar
½ tsp Baking Powder
¼ tsp Baking Soda

Wet ingredients :

½ cup Water
2 tbsp Canola oil
Fruits (any-I used Figs & Berries)

 

 

♨️ Preparing Figs & Berries – Flaugnarde :

  1. In 2 separate bowls combine dry and wet ingredients
  2. Gradually add wet ingredients to dry making sure its not too runny in consistency
  3. Grease tart moulds & line baking paper to avoid Flaugnarde sticking at bottom
  4. Pour the batter half-way through, as it will rise while baking
  5. Thinly chop fruits and line them in the moulds
  6. Preheat air fryer @ 150°C for 5 mins
  7. Place the tart moulds in it and bake @ 140°C for 25-30 mins or until skewer comes out clean
  8. Once baked, remove it on wired rack & let it cool

🍽 Assembling Figs & Berries – Flaugnarde :

  1. Demould once cooled completely
  2. Its best to enjoy while it’s being warm, but you can also set in fridge for 30 mins & enjoy whenever you are ready to dig in 😋
