🌾 Ingredients for Figs & Berries – Flaugnarde :
| Dry ingredients : | |
| ½ cup | fine Semolina |
| 2 tbsp | dairy-free Milk powder |
| 1 tsp | Cinnamon Powder |
| ½ cup | Demerara Sugar |
| ½ tsp | Baking Powder |
| ¼ tsp | Baking Soda |

Wet ingredients : |
|
| ½ cup | Water |
| 2 tbsp | Canola oil |
| Fruits | (any-I used Figs & Berries) |

♨️ Preparing Figs & Berries – Flaugnarde :
- In 2 separate bowls combine dry and wet ingredients
- Gradually add wet ingredients to dry making sure its not too runny in consistency
- Grease tart moulds & line baking paper to avoid Flaugnarde sticking at bottom
- Pour the batter half-way through, as it will rise while baking
- Thinly chop fruits and line them in the moulds
- Preheat air fryer @ 150°C for 5 mins
- Place the tart moulds in it and bake @ 140°C for 25-30 mins or until skewer comes out clean
- Once baked, remove it on wired rack & let it cool

🍽 Assembling Figs & Berries – Flaugnarde :
- Demould once cooled completely
- Its best to enjoy while it’s being warm, but you can also set in fridge for 30 mins & enjoy whenever you are ready to dig in 😋
