๐ŸฐGanache Roulade aka Swiss Roll

๐ŸฐRamadan Mubarak ๐ŸŒ™ food lovers. Enjoy egg-free, guilt-free, ๐Ÿฐ ๐™‚๐™–๐™ฃ๐™–๐™˜๐™๐™š ๐™๐™ค๐™ช๐™ก๐™–๐™™๐™š ๐™–๐™ ๐™– ๐™Ž๐™ฌ๐™ž๐™จ๐™จ ๐™๐™ค๐™ก๐™ก baked in Air Fryer. Itโ€™s a spongy, moist, decadent cake. A must dessert to enjoy this festive season. Prepare this a night before and enjoy during iftar with your loved ones.

โฐ ๐—ฃ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฝ ๐—ง๐—ถ๐—บ๐—ฒ : 10 ๐—บ๐—ถ๐—ป๐˜€, ๐Ÿฒ ๐—”๐—ถ๐—ฟ ๐—ณ๐—ฟ๐˜† ๐—ง๐—ถ๐—บ๐—ฒ : 15 ๐—บ๐—ถ๐—ป๐˜€, ๐Ÿด ๐— ๐—ฎ๐—ธ๐—ฒ๐˜€ : ๐Ÿญ ๐—น๐—ผ๐—ฎ๐—ณ

๐ŸŒพ ๐™„๐™ฃ๐™œ๐™ง๐™š๐™™๐™ž๐™š๐™ฃ๐™ฉ๐™จ ๐™›๐™ค๐™ง ๐™‚๐™–๐™ฃ๐™–๐™˜๐™๐™š ๐™๐™ค๐™ช๐™ก๐™–๐™™๐™šย :

๐˜พ๐™–๐™ ๐™š :

  1. ยฝ cup All-purpose flour
  2. ยผ tsp Baking Soda
  3. ยฝ tsp Baking Powder
  4. ยฝ cup milk / dairy-free milk
  5. ยฝ tsp Cardamom Powder (optional)
  6. ยฝ cup Demerara sugar
  7. 2 tbsp Canola Oil
  8. 1 tbsp Pineapple jam

๐™‚๐™–๐™ฃ๐™–๐™˜๐™๐™š / ๐˜พ๐™ง๐™š๐™–๐™ข :

  1. 100 ml Whipping cream
  2. 200 gms White Chocolate
  3. 1 tsp Kewra water

๐™‚๐™–๐™ง๐™ฃ๐™ž๐™จ๐™๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™œ :

  1. Dried Rose petals
  2. White powdered sugar

โ™จ๏ธ ๐™‹๐™ง๐™š๐™ฅ๐™–๐™ง๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™œ ๐™‚๐™–๐™ฃ๐™–๐™˜๐™๐™š ๐™๐™ค๐™ช๐™ก๐™–๐™™๐™šย :

๐˜ฝ๐™–๐™ ๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™œ ๐˜พ๐™–๐™ ๐™š :

  1. Combine dry ingredients flour, cardamom powder, baking soda and powder.
  2. In a separate bowl whisk gently wet ingredients, milk, sugar, oil.
  3. Slowly incorporate dry ingredients to wet, batter might be runny.
  4. Grease a loaf tin and layer a baking paper.
  5. Pour the cake batter in the loaf tin.
  6. Preheat air fryer @180ยฐ C for 5 mins & place the tin in it to bake @140ยฐ C for 15 mins.
  7. Check with skewer if it comes clean then remove from air fryer and let it sit for 5 mins on the counter.
  8. Now take a kitchen towel and roll the cake roll and let it sit for 10 mins.

๐™‹๐™ง๐™š๐™ฅ๐™–๐™ง๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™œ ๐™‚๐™–๐™ฃ๐™–๐™˜๐™๐™š / ๐˜พ๐™ง๐™š๐™–๐™ข :

  1. In a bowl keep the chopped white chocolate.
  2. Pour the cream in a saucepan, as it starts to boil, turn-off and transfer to chocolate bowl.
  3. Cover with cling film so chocolate starts to melt, it might take some 5 mins.
  4. Uncover and mix well with a spatula.
  5. Take an electric whisk and whip for 5-7 mins.
  6. Cream will become stiff and thick, whip more if you like more stiff peaks.
  7. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 6 hours.

๐Ÿฝ ๐˜ผ๐™จ๐™จ๐™š๐™ข๐™—๐™ก๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™œ ๐™‚๐™–๐™ฃ๐™–๐™˜๐™๐™š ๐™๐™ค๐™ช๐™ก๐™–๐™™๐™šย :

  1. Unroll cake, remove baking paper and transfer to a plate, brush loaf with pineapple jam.
  2. Generously spread ganache on the loaf and gentle roll the cake.
  3. Cover the roll into parchment paper and let it set in refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
  4. Uncover and spread the ganache on the same.
  5. Sprinkle dried rose petals and powdered sugar on the serving tray.
  6. Enjoy it at room temperature with your loved ones ๐Ÿค—.

Useful Tips :

  1. Add little milk at a time to avoid cake batter becoming too runny.
  2. To firm the ganache you can refrigerate overnight.
