๐ฐRamadan Mubarak ๐ food lovers. Enjoy egg-free, guilt-free, ๐ฐ ๐๐๐ฃ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ค๐ช๐ก๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐ ๐๐ฌ๐๐จ๐จ ๐๐ค๐ก๐ก baked in Air Fryer. Itโs a spongy, moist, decadent cake. A must dessert to enjoy this festive season. Prepare this a night before and enjoy during iftar with your loved ones.
โฐ ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฝ ๐ง๐ถ๐บ๐ฒ : 10 ๐บ๐ถ๐ป๐, ๐ฒ ๐๐ถ๐ฟ ๐ณ๐ฟ๐ ๐ง๐ถ๐บ๐ฒ : 15 ๐บ๐ถ๐ป๐, ๐ด ๐ ๐ฎ๐ธ๐ฒ๐ : ๐ญ ๐น๐ผ๐ฎ๐ณ
๐พ ๐๐ฃ๐๐ง๐๐๐๐๐ฃ๐ฉ๐จ ๐๐ค๐ง ๐๐๐ฃ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ค๐ช๐ก๐๐๐ย :
๐พ๐๐ ๐ :
- ยฝ cup All-purpose flour
- ยผ tsp Baking Soda
- ยฝ tsp Baking Powder
- ยฝ cup milk / dairy-free milk
- ยฝ tsp Cardamom Powder (optional)
- ยฝ cup Demerara sugar
- 2 tbsp Canola Oil
- 1 tbsp Pineapple jam
๐๐๐ฃ๐๐๐๐ / ๐พ๐ง๐๐๐ข :
- 100 ml Whipping cream
- 200 gms White Chocolate
- 1 tsp Kewra water
๐๐๐ง๐ฃ๐๐จ๐๐๐ฃ๐ :
- Dried Rose petals
- White powdered sugar
โจ๏ธ ๐๐ง๐๐ฅ๐๐ง๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐๐ฃ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ค๐ช๐ก๐๐๐ย :
๐ฝ๐๐ ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐พ๐๐ ๐ :
- Combine dry ingredients flour, cardamom powder, baking soda and powder.
- In a separate bowl whisk gently wet ingredients, milk, sugar, oil.
- Slowly incorporate dry ingredients to wet, batter might be runny.
- Grease a loaf tin and layer a baking paper.
- Pour the cake batter in the loaf tin.
- Preheat air fryer @180ยฐ C for 5 mins & place the tin in it to bake @140ยฐ C for 15 mins.
- Check with skewer if it comes clean then remove from air fryer and let it sit for 5 mins on the counter.
- Now take a kitchen towel and roll the cake roll and let it sit for 10 mins.
๐๐ง๐๐ฅ๐๐ง๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐๐ฃ๐๐๐๐ / ๐พ๐ง๐๐๐ข :
- In a bowl keep the chopped white chocolate.
- Pour the cream in a saucepan, as it starts to boil, turn-off and transfer to chocolate bowl.
- Cover with cling film so chocolate starts to melt, it might take some 5 mins.
- Uncover and mix well with a spatula.
- Take an electric whisk and whip for 5-7 mins.
- Cream will become stiff and thick, whip more if you like more stiff peaks.
- Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 6 hours.
๐ฝ ๐ผ๐จ๐จ๐๐ข๐๐ก๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐๐ฃ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ค๐ช๐ก๐๐๐ย :
- Unroll cake, remove baking paper and transfer to a plate, brush loaf with pineapple jam.
- Generously spread ganache on the loaf and gentle roll the cake.
- Cover the roll into parchment paper and let it set in refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
- Uncover and spread the ganache on the same.
- Sprinkle dried rose petals and powdered sugar on the serving tray.
- Enjoy it at room temperature with your loved ones ๐ค.
Useful Tips :
- Add little milk at a time to avoid cake batter becoming too runny.
- To firm the ganache you can refrigerate overnight.
