⏰ Prep Time : 15 mins, 🍲 Baking/Air fry Time : 15 mins, 🥣 Makes : 6 tarts

🛒 Ingredients:

Tarts shell :

  1. 1 pack of Gulab jamun mix
  2. Little Water as per pack instructions

Filling :

  1. 100 gms grated Coconut
  2. 1 tbsp Semolina
  3. 1 tbsp Pure Ghee
  4. 2 tbsp Cottage Cheese
  5. 1 tsp Cardamom Powder
  6. 1 tsp Rose Water
  7. 2 tbsp Mix nuts

 Sugar Syrup :

  1. 1/8 cup Sugar
  2. ¼ cup Water

 Garnishing :

  1. Crushed nuts
  2. Dried Rose petals

♨️ Preparation steps:

  1. To make dough, combine mix and water, knead for 5 mins. Make 6 balls, place it over tart moulds, prick with fork and brush with ghee.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 200°C for 5 mins. Then, bake the tarts at 150°C for 15 mins.
  3. Once golden brown, remove on a wired rack.
  4. For sugar syrup, bring sugar and water to boil for 5 mins.
  5. For filling, dry roast coconut & remove in a bowl. Roast semolina with ghee for 5 mins. Then saute cottage cheese for 5 mins, combine all the remaining ingredients and mix well until the mix comes together.

🍽 Assembling:

  1. Soak the tarts for 5 secs in the warm sugar syrup, while the tarts are warm too.
  2. Layer with filing and garnish nuts and rose petals.
