🍫 Lazy Plum Brownies

🛒 Ingredients Lazy Plum Brownies :             

  • 1/2 cup Semolina (make a fine powder) / रवा (पाउडर बना लें)
  • 1/4 cup canola oil / कैनोला ऑयल
  • 9 small pitted dates / बीज निकाले हुए खजूर
  • 2 tbsp cacao or cocoa powder / कोको पाउडर
  • 2 tbsp skimmed milk powder or dairy-free / स्किम्ड मिल्क पाउडर या डेयरी-फ्री
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda / बेकिंग सोडा
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder / बेकिंग पाउडर
  • 2 medium oranges for fresh juice / संतरे का ताजा रस
  • Chopped nuts (any) / कटे हुए मेवे (आपकी पसंद के अनुसार)

For Garnishing :

  • Frosting, of any choice / फ़्रॉस्टिंग, अपनी पसंद की
  • Some Cacao powder for dusting / थोड़ा सा कोको पाउडर छिड़कने के लिए

♨️ Quick preparation steps Lazy Plum Brownies :

  1. Blend dates and water to make it a fine paste.
  2. Now in a bowl, add remaining ingredients and fold well, avoid lumps in it.
  3. Grease a cake pan and pour the luscious batter to it.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 200°C for 5 mins. Place in brownie batter and bake at 150°C for 40 mins.
  5. Once baked let it cool on a wired rack.

 

🍽 Assembling Lazy Plum Brownies :

  1. Slice the cooled brownies as per desired shapes.
  2. Now apply generous amount of frosting.
  3. Using stencils and dust cacao powder.
  4. Serve them warm or at room temperature, they taste yum.
