๐ŸŽ‚ No Crust Ricotta Cheesecake

Celebrating my Husbandโ€™s Birthday ๐ŸŽ‚ with No Crustโ€“Ricotta Cheesecake ๐Ÿ˜ which is gluten-free, butter-free, egg-free yet moist and chocolaty. Ready to relish even during Navratraโ€™s ๐Ÿ™.

โฐ Prep Time : 10 mins, ๐Ÿฒ Air fry Time : 30 mins, ๐Ÿด Makes : 1 loaf

๐ŸŒพ Ingredients for No Crust โ€“ Ricotta Cheesecake :

  • ยฝ cup Ricotta
  • ยผ cup Coconut flour
  • ยฝ cup white powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cream (or any vegan)
  • 2 tbsp Milk or vegan milk
  • 1 tbsp Pure Ghee
  • 1 tsp Cardamom extract
  • 2 tbsp Cacao powder
  • ยผ tsp Baking Soda
  • ยฝ tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Canola Oil for brushing mould

โ™จ๏ธ Preparing No Crust โ€“ Ricotta Cheesecake :

  1. Combine the above ingredients and make a thick batter and not runny
  2. Grease a mould (of your choice) and pour the above batter
  3. Preheat air fryer @ 150ยฐ C for 5 mins
  4. Place the mould in it and bake @ 140ยฐ C for 25-30 mins
  5. Use a skewer to check its cooked, remove it on wired rack to cool and refrigerate for 2 hours

 

๐Ÿฝ Assembling No Crust โ€“ Ricotta Cheesecake :

  1. Demould cheesecake and garnish with chocolate or hazelnut praline
  2. Options are endless use imagination and enjoy mouth-melting crustless cheesecake ๐Ÿ˜‹
