Celebrating my Husbandโs Birthday ๐ with No CrustโRicotta Cheesecake ๐ which is gluten-free, butter-free, egg-free yet moist and chocolaty. Ready to relish even during Navratraโs ๐.
โฐ Prep Time : 10 mins, ๐ฒ Air fry Time : 30 mins, ๐ด Makes : 1 loaf
๐พ Ingredients for No Crust โ Ricotta Cheesecake :
- ยฝ cup Ricotta
- ยผ cup Coconut flour
- ยฝ cup white powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp Cream (or any vegan)
- 2 tbsp Milk or vegan milk
- 1 tbsp Pure Ghee
- 1 tsp Cardamom extract
- 2 tbsp Cacao powder
- ยผ tsp Baking Soda
- ยฝ tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Canola Oil for brushing mould
โจ๏ธ Preparing No Crust โ Ricotta Cheesecake :
- Combine the above ingredients and make a thick batter and not runny
- Grease a mould (of your choice) and pour the above batter
- Preheat air fryer @ 150ยฐ C for 5 mins
- Place the mould in it and bake @ 140ยฐ C for 25-30 mins
- Use a skewer to check its cooked, remove it on wired rack to cool and refrigerate for 2 hours
๐ฝ Assembling No Crust โ Ricotta Cheesecake :
- Demould cheesecake and garnish with chocolate or hazelnut praline
