Celebrating my Husband’s Birthday 🎂 with No Crust–Ricotta Cheesecake 😍 which is gluten-free, butter-free, egg-free yet moist and chocolaty. Ready to relish even during Navratra’s 🙏.
⏰ Prep Time : 10 mins, 🍲 Air fry Time : 30 mins, 🍴 Makes : 1 loaf
🌾 Ingredients for No Crust – Ricotta Cheesecake :
- ½ cup Ricotta
- ¼ cup Coconut flour
- ½ cup white powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp Cream (or any vegan)
- 2 tbsp Milk or vegan milk
- 1 tbsp Pure Ghee
- 1 tsp Cardamom extract
- 2 tbsp Cacao powder
- ¼ tsp Baking Soda
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Canola Oil for brushing mould
♨️ Preparing No Crust – Ricotta Cheesecake :
- Combine the above ingredients and make a thick batter and not runny
- Grease a mould (of your choice) and pour the above batter
- Preheat air fryer @ 150° C for 5 mins
- Place the mould in it and bake @ 140° C for 25-30 mins
- Use a skewer to check its cooked, remove it on wired rack to cool and refrigerate for 2 hours
🍽 Assembling No Crust – Ricotta Cheesecake :
- Demould cheesecake and garnish with chocolate or hazelnut praline
- Options are endless use imagination and enjoy mouth-melting crustless cheesecake 😋
