Paapad Tokri Chaat-flower shaped with Broccoli & Sweet Corn

Quickest Chaat ever made with lots of colorful Veggies

Cooking Time-less than 30 mins, Makes 4

Ingredients :

  1. 4 ready-made Paapad (of any flavor)
  2. 1 small Broccoli bunch cut into florets
  3. ¼ cup frozen Sweet-corn
  4. Oil for Brushing only
  5. Spices (Asafoetida, Black Salt, Fennel seeds powder, Coriander powder, Black Pepper powder)

How to prepare Paapad Chaat :

  1. Soak frozen sweet corn for 10 mins in hot water. Skip this step if using fresh sweet corn
  2. Pre-heat Air Fryer @ 200 degrees for 5 mins
  3. Brush broccoli florets & drained sweet corn with oil and season with spices
  4. Roast for 10-15 mins @ 180 degrees until they become slight crisp
  5. Remove & allow it to cool
  6. Take 1 paapad and roast on Non-stick pan. Keep flipping to avoid over-roasting. Keep an empty bowl next to you
  7. Once roasted it’s ready to be shaped as desired. For flower shape immediately transfer it into a bowl. Remember you are late by 5 secs, paapad will become hard and difficult to shape
  8. Allow it to cool
  9. Repeat the steps with other Paapad

How to Serve :

  1. Take a serving dish and place the roasted paapad
  2. Add roasted broccoli & sweet corn
  3. Sprinkle some bhujia of your choice
  4. Serve it with dollop of curd and your Healthy chaat is ready to munch

Tip : Remember paapad can turn soggy if kept with Veggies for long hours. Therefore, add Veggies only once you are ready to enjoy the crispy chaat
