Polvorón

Sweet Tooth lovers calm your sweet cravings with a healthiest, simplest and quickest Dessert for your Palette

Preparation – 5-7 mins, Refrigerate – 30 mins, Makes – 8 (depending upon the size/shape you choose)

Ingredients :

  1. 1 cup All-purpose flour
  2. ½ cup Milk Powder
  3. ¼ cup Coconut Oil
  4. Less than ½ cup powdered Cane Sugar
  5. Roasted nuts (optional)

How to Prepare :

  1. In a non-stick pan roast all purpose flour for 5-7 mins or until it turns slight light brown
  2. Switch-off the gas allow it to rest for 10 mins
  3. Now add melted coconut oil, milk powder, sugar and nuts and mix well until the mixture is well incorporated
  4. Transfer to small silicon molds and refrigerate for 30 mins or until it’s set

How to Serve :

  1. Take a serving dish
  2. Demold polvorons and garnish with Pistachios or nuts of your choice
