๐พ Ingredients for Shell Pasta :
- ยฝ cup wheat Shell pasta
- Water to boil pasta
- 1 tsp Canola oil
- ยผ cup diced Bell Peppers (Red, Green & Yellow)
- ยผ cup diced Tofu
- 1 sprig of Spring onions
- Mayo & grated cheese
- Salt & Pepper
โจ๏ธ Preparing Shell Pasta :
- Boil Pasta until al-dente (meaning firm when bitten)
- Preheat air fryer @ 200ยฐ C for 5 mins
- Roast tofu and bell peppers @ 200ยฐ C for 5 mins
- Combine veggies with salt & pepper
๐ฝ Assembling Shell Pasta :
- Take cooked pasta and layer it with mayo, bell peppers, tofu, spring onions & cheese
- Air fry it @ 200ยฐ C for 3 mins or until cheese is bubbly
- Serve warm to relish it ๐
