๐Ÿ’ž Sizzling Fudgy Brownie Rasmalai Sundae

Celebrate Lohri and rains with ๐Ÿจ ๐—ฆ๐—ถ๐˜‡๐˜‡๐—น๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐—™๐˜‚๐—ฑ๐—ด๐˜† ๐—•๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐˜„๐—ป๐—ถ๐—ฒ ๐—ฅ๐—ฎ๐˜€๐—บ๐—ฎ๐—น๐—ฎ๐—ถ ๐—ฆ๐˜‚๐—ป๐—ฑ๐—ฎ๐—ฒ. The fudgy, nutty, warm, decadent, luscious taste is a must to gobble in the festive season.

โฐ ๐˜—๐˜ณ๐˜ฆ๐˜ฑ ๐˜›๐˜ช๐˜ฎ๐˜ฆ : 10 ๐˜ฎ๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜ด, ๐Ÿฒ ๐˜ˆ๐˜ช๐˜ณ ๐˜ง๐˜ณ๐˜บ ๐˜›๐˜ช๐˜ฎ๐˜ฆ : 30 ๐˜ฎ๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜ด, ๐Ÿด ๐˜š๐˜ฆ๐˜ณ๐˜ท๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜จ๐˜ด : 2 huge sundae

๐ŸŒพ ๐™„๐™ฃ๐™œ๐™ง๐™š๐™™๐™ž๐™š๐™ฃ๐™ฉ๐™จ ๐™›๐™ค๐™ง ๐™Ž๐™ž๐™ฏ๐™ฏ๐™ก๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™œ ๐™๐™ช๐™™๐™œ๐™ฎ ๐˜ฝ๐™ง๐™ค๐™ฌ๐™ฃ๐™ž๐™š ๐™๐™–๐™จ๐™ข๐™–๐™ก๐™–๐™ž ๐™Ž๐™ช๐™ฃ๐™™๐™–๐™š :

๐™๐™ช๐™™๐™œ๐™ฎ ๐˜ฝ๐™ง๐™ค๐™ฌ๐™ฃ๐™ž๐™š :

  • Semolina : 2/3 cup
  • Demerara Sugar : 2/3 cup + 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla Essence / Powder : 1 tsp / sachet
  • Cardamom powder : 1 tsp
  • Cacao Powder : 1 tsp
  • Baking Powder : ยพ tsp
  • Baking Soda : ยผ tsp
  • Banana : 1 large ripe mashed
  • Water : ยผ cup
  • Milk Chocolate : 2 tbsp
  • Canola Oil : 1 tbsp + ยฝ tsp for greasing
  • Nuts : 1 tbsp total of crushed almonds, pistachios, cashews, raisins, cranberries (any)

๐™๐™–๐™จ๐™ข๐™–๐™ก๐™–๐™ž ๐™„๐™˜๐™š-๐™˜๐™ง๐™š๐™–๐™ข :

  • Full cream : 250 ml
  • Almond Milk (or any) : 2 tbsp
  • Rasmalai Powder : 3 tbsp
  • Condensed Milk : ยผ cup

๐™‚๐™–๐™ง๐™ฃ๐™ž๐™จ๐™๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™œ :

  • Dry Rose Petals : 1 tsp
  • Sprinkles : 1 tsp
  • Melted Chocolate : 1 tbsp

โ™จ๏ธ ๐™‹๐™ง๐™š๐™ฅ๐™–๐™ง๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™œ ๐™Ž๐™ž๐™ฏ๐™ฏ๐™ก๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™œ ๐™๐™ช๐™™๐™œ๐™ฎ ๐˜ฝ๐™ง๐™ค๐™ฌ๐™ฃ๐™ž๐™š ๐™๐™–๐™จ๐™ข๐™–๐™ก๐™–๐™ž ๐™Ž๐™ช๐™ฃ๐™™๐™–๐™š :

๐™๐™ช๐™™๐™œ๐™ฎ ๐˜พ๐™–๐™ ๐™š :

  1. Grind semolina into a fine flour and combine with rest of the dry ingredients.
  2. In a separate bowl except chocolate combine wet ingredients.
  3. Gradually incorporate wet into dry ingredients, to avoid runny batter, instead should be thick.
  4. Grease 2 big ramekin bowls, pour half of the batter, spread melted chocolate and cover with remaining batter.
  5. Preheat air fryer @ 180ยฐ C for 5 mins.
  6. Place the bowls in air fryer and bake @ 140ยฐ C for 30 mins.
  7. Insert toothpick if it comes out clean, remove tin from air fryer and cool it on rack.

๐™๐™–๐™จ๐™ข๐™–๐™ก๐™–๐™ž ๐™„๐™˜๐™š-๐™˜๐™ง๐™š๐™–๐™ข :

  1. In a bowl, combine rasmalai powder & milk.
  2. In a saucepan bring the cream to a boil and turn-off.
  3. Combine rasmalai milk and condensed milk, cool it completely and freeze it for 2 hours.
  4. Once cooled, cream for 30 mins, as per ice-cream machine instructions.
  5. Transfer to a bowl and freeze overnight.

๐Ÿฝ ๐˜ผ๐™จ๐™จ๐™š๐™ข๐™—๐™ก๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™œ ๐™Ž๐™ž๐™ฏ๐™ฏ๐™ก๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™œ ๐™๐™ช๐™™๐™œ๐™ฎ ๐˜ฝ๐™ง๐™ค๐™ฌ๐™ฃ๐™ž๐™š ๐™๐™–๐™จ๐™ข๐™–๐™ก๐™–๐™ž ๐™Ž๐™ช๐™ฃ๐™™๐™–๐™š :

  1. Demould the fudgy brownie.
  2. Take sizzler, else you can take small pan (like I did ๐Ÿ˜Š), warm some water & add 1 tbsp crushed chocolate.
  3. Once melted remove it on a wooden coaster & be carefully as its hot.
  4. Place 1 brownie on it and place a scoop of ice-cream.
  5. Sprinkle rose petals, drizzle melted chocolate and sprinkles.

๐™๐™จ๐™š๐™›๐™ช๐™ก ๐™ฉ๐™ž๐™ฅ๐™จ :

  • If you like the brownie crunchy, then after baking is complete, let it sit in air fryer for another 15 mins.
  • If you donโ€™t have an ice-cream maker, then whisk ingredients, freeze & whisk for 5 mins every 2 hours, repeat this process twice & creamy ice-cream is ready.
