- Semolina : 2/3 cup
- Demerara Sugar : 2/3 cup + 2 tbsp
- Vanilla Essence / Powder : 1 tsp / sachet
- Cardamom powder : 1 tsp
- Cacao Powder : 1 tsp
- Baking Powder : ยพ tsp
- Baking Soda : ยผ tsp
- Banana : 1 large ripe mashed
- Water : ยผ cup
- Milk Chocolate : 2 tbsp
- Canola Oil : 1 tbsp + ยฝ tsp for greasing
- Nuts : 1 tbsp total of crushed almonds, pistachios, cashews, raisins, cranberries (any)
๐๐๐จ๐ข๐๐ก๐๐ ๐๐๐-๐๐ง๐๐๐ข :
- Full cream : 250 ml
- Almond Milk (or any) : 2 tbsp
- Rasmalai Powder : 3 tbsp
- Condensed Milk : ยผ cup
๐๐๐ง๐ฃ๐๐จ๐๐๐ฃ๐ :
- Dry Rose Petals : 1 tsp
- Sprinkles : 1 tsp
- Melted Chocolate : 1 tbsp
โจ๏ธ ๐๐ง๐๐ฅ๐๐ง๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐๐ฏ๐ฏ๐ก๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐ช๐๐๐ฎ ๐ฝ๐ง๐ค๐ฌ๐ฃ๐๐ ๐๐๐จ๐ข๐๐ก๐๐ ๐๐ช๐ฃ๐๐๐ :
๐๐ช๐๐๐ฎ ๐พ๐๐ ๐ :
- Grind semolina into a fine flour and combine with rest of the dry ingredients.
- In a separate bowl except chocolate combine wet ingredients.
- Gradually incorporate wet into dry ingredients, to avoid runny batter, instead should be thick.
- Grease 2 big ramekin bowls, pour half of the batter, spread melted chocolate and cover with remaining batter.
- Preheat air fryer @ 180ยฐ C for 5 mins.
- Place the bowls in air fryer and bake @ 140ยฐ C for 30 mins.
- Insert toothpick if it comes out clean, remove tin from air fryer and cool it on rack.
๐๐๐จ๐ข๐๐ก๐๐ ๐๐๐-๐๐ง๐๐๐ข :
- In a bowl, combine rasmalai powder & milk.
- In a saucepan bring the cream to a boil and turn-off.
- Combine rasmalai milk and condensed milk, cool it completely and freeze it for 2 hours.
- Once cooled, cream for 30 mins, as per ice-cream machine instructions.
- Transfer to a bowl and freeze overnight.
๐ฝ ๐ผ๐จ๐จ๐๐ข๐๐ก๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐๐ฏ๐ฏ๐ก๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐ช๐๐๐ฎ ๐ฝ๐ง๐ค๐ฌ๐ฃ๐๐ ๐๐๐จ๐ข๐๐ก๐๐ ๐๐ช๐ฃ๐๐๐ :
- Demould the fudgy brownie.
- Take sizzler, else you can take small pan (like I did ๐), warm some water & add 1 tbsp crushed chocolate.
- Once melted remove it on a wooden coaster & be carefully as its hot.
- Place 1 brownie on it and place a scoop of ice-cream.
- Sprinkle rose petals, drizzle melted chocolate and sprinkles.
Serve warm and enjoy with your loved ones ๐ค.
๐๐จ๐๐๐ช๐ก ๐ฉ๐๐ฅ๐จ :
- If you like the brownie crunchy, then after baking is complete, let it sit in air fryer for another 15 mins.
- If you donโt have an ice-cream maker, then whisk ingredients, freeze & whisk for 5 mins every 2 hours, repeat this process twice & creamy ice-cream is ready.
