Twisted-crunchy Cone Maggi

It’s swirly and creamy texture 🀀 makes us fall for its Yummylicious love πŸ€—. So what are we waiting for πŸ€” ? Come with me to give our lost 😏 Maggi a new healthy, tasty and crunchy twist πŸ˜‹. I call it β€˜Twisted-crunchy Cone Maggi’ πŸ˜‡. You heard it right 😊, cook with me πŸ‘©β€πŸ³ this sumptuous, crunchy Maggi and enjoy 😎 the feast with family, friends and kids. ‘Age no bar taste barkarar’ πŸ‘

⏰ Prep Time : 15-20 mins, 🍲 Bake Time : 15-20 mins, 🍴 Servings : Few sumptuous cones, Depending upon mould size

🌾 Ingredients for Twisted-crunchy Cone Maggi :

  • 1-2 packets cooked Maggi
  • 1 tsp instant dry Yeast
  • 1 tsp Demerara Sugar (or any)
  • ΒΌ cup Water
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Maize flour (Makki ka atta)
  • 1 tbsp Canola Oil (or any; extra for greasing)
  • 1 tbsp vegan Milk (for golden effect & crunchiness on cones)
  • Spices (Asafoetida, Salt, Black pepper powder, Fennel Seeds, Caraway Seeds, Coriander Powder, Clove powder or any as per taste)
  • Oregano Seasoning

♨️ Preparing Twisted-crunchy Cone Maggi :

  1. In a bowl, add lukewarm water, yeast, sugar, mix well until yeast and sugar is dissolved
  2. Let it rest for 10-15 mins to allow the mixture have a foam formed
  3. Gradually add both flour, spices, oil and knead well for 5 mins gently
  4. Grease and cover the dough and let it rest in a warm place for 2-3 hours, to allow it rise
  5. Once risen or doubled in size, knead the dough for a min
  6. Using a rolling pin, flatten the dough and cut long strips using a pizza cutter or knife
  7. Grease the aluminium cone moulds and start wrapping the thin strips of dough over it
  8. Preheat Air Fryer @ 200Β°C for 5 mins
  9. Arrange an aluminium foil in the air fryer basket
  10. Combine milk and oregano
  11. Gently spread the milk mixture over the cones and place it in the basket
  12. Bake for 10-15 mins @ 180Β°C
  13. Flip half-way through and complete the baking
  14. If you like it extra crunchy, you can bake for another 5 mins
  15. Remove the cones from basket and let it sit on wired rack, do not demould immediately
  16. Likewise bake all the cones

🍽 Assembling / Presenting Twisted-crunchy Cone Maggi :

  1. Once cones are cooled demould it gently
  2. Take a serving dish, place the cones and start filling it with cooked maggi
  3. Sprinkle oregano seasoning and serve it warm or at room temperature and enjoy every bite
